Not everyone needs 1-on-1 training and not everyone feels comfortable in a bigger group. For those who fall in-between, we offer semi-private training. In an intimate group of just a few people, you’ll get group instruction with plenty of individual attention. Learn exercises together, then benefit from personalized feedback and support as you master the movements. There’s no pressure, no judgement and no competition—just you, your trainer and a small group of people working towards similar goals. 

  • We cap our semi-private training classes at 6 people, to keep you comfortable. 
  • Learn as a group, while getting individualized attention. 
  • Train against your own plan, while getting support and encouragement.
