SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Not everyone needs 1-on-1 training and not everyone feels comfortable in a bigger group. For those who fall in-between, we offer semi-private training. In an intimate group of just a few people, you’ll get group instruction with plenty of individual attention. Learn exercises together, then benefit from personalized feedback and support as you master the movements. There’s no pressure, no judgement and no competition—just you, your trainer and a small group of people working towards similar goals.
A little encouragement goes a long way. Our small groups put you side-by-side others who share your goals. Inspire and motivate each other, while our trainers provide personalized feedback that helps you climb closer to conquering your own unique goals.
Where Frisco gets fit! Conquer Fitness specializes in helping people age 30+ get in the best shape of their life. We’re a 100% private facility offering 1-on-1 personal training, semi-private training (2-6 people), and small group training (max of 12 people).
